Technology of High-quality Adipic Acid Production (by nitric acid oxidation method)

Process Technology Route

Benzene and hydrogen are used as raw materials to produce cyclohexanolone or cyclohexanol. Cyclohexanol and cyclohexanolone are oxidized by nitric acid to produce adipic acid under the action of copper and vanadium catalysts, and then high purity adipic acid crystals are obtained through continuous crystallization and separation.

The whole process includes production steps such as cyclohexanolone production, oxidation reaction, crystallization and refining, nitric acid recovery, catalyst recovery, drying and packaging, etc.


Process Technology Characteristics

The crystallizer adopts an automatic cleaning control system, which greatly extends the continuous operation cycle.
The continuous moving bed ion exchange resin adsorption system for copper and vanadium is used, which is conducive to improving the catalyst recovery rate;

With independent research and development of triple crystallization patents, various technical indicators to reach the international first-class level.
