Recently, the Northeast Electric Power Design Institute affiliated to China Energy Construction won the bid for the basic design project of Shenzhen Energy Group's Serbian TENT B3 coal-fired integrated supercritical lignite power station.

The Serbian TENT B3 coal-electricity integration project is jointly invested by Shenzhen Energy Group and the Serbian National Electric Power Company. The power station installed a 660 MW coal-fired unit, which uses high-moisture lignite and has a low heating value (less than 2000 Kcal / Kg), which has many technical difficulties in implementation.

As the only design institute in China that has already put into operation the design of lignite tower furnace power station, the Northeast Institute of China Energy Construction has meticulously worked out rigorous scheme demonstration and other related work, and has carefully formulated relevant schemes to fully demonstrate its strong technical strength. It won the trust of the owners and experts and successfully won the bid.
