Anhydrous Calcium Chloride Technical Route

Anhydrous CaCl2 mainly takes waste hydrochloric acid in industrial production as raw material, and reacts with limestone to produce about 30% concentration CaCl2 solution, which is refined and purified to remove impurities, and then spray granulation and drying are carried out to produce final anhydrous CaCl2. The carbon dioxide gas and drying exhaust produced by neutralization are discharged up to meet the standard.
Dilute CaCl2 solution (about 30%) by industrial production, after refining, purification and removal of impurities, through spray granulation and drying to produce 94% anhydrous CaCl2.

Calcium Chloride Dihydrate Granule Technology Route
With a certain concentration of CaCl2 solution as raw material, after evaporation and concentration to 69%, then enters the integrated CaCl2 rotary granulator. Qualified  CaCl2 dihydrous products are produced by one-step process, without by-products, and the dry exhaust gas is discharged up to standard.
Technical Advantages of Calcium Chloride Dihydrate Granule
1.The system realizes high concentration CaCl2 solution granulation, and drying preparation of CaCl2 dihydrate granule in one step. The single-machine processing capacity is large, which can exceed 100,000 tons/year;
2.The system feed CaCl2 concentration can reach 69%, and the spray does not agglomerate. The system can operate stably over 30 days.
3.The energy saving effect is remarkable. The steam consumption of per ton CaCl2 dihydrate granule is 205kg, and the electricity consumption per ton of product is 13.4kWh;
4.The produced CaCl2 dihydrate granule is solid granule, with uniform particles and the bulk density of 930kg/m3, which can reduce packaging and transportation costs;
5.Low-pressure steam of 0.6~1.0MPa can be used, and the heat source requirement is low;
6.By adjusting the process parameters, the same equipment can produce 74%, 77%, and 80% CaCl2 granule, with rich products;
7.The on-site operating environment is good.
