Forced circulation evaporators are divided into positive circulation forced evaporators and reverse circulation forced evaporators. The top of the separation chamber is equipped with a high-efficiency defoaming device to improve product quality and reduce entrainment loss.
The forced circulation evaporator consists of three parts: heating chamber, evaporation chamber and circulation pump. The heating chamber has two structures: horizontal and vertical; according to the position of the inlet and outlet of the circulating material liquid in the separation chamber, it can be divided into positive circulation forced evaporator and reverse circulation forced evaporator. The top of the separation chamber is equipped with a high-efficiency defoaming device for separating the liquid foam and liquid droplets entrained in the outlet gas, which is used to improve product quality and reduce entrainment loss. The liquid circulation speed is controlled by the circulation pump, which can reach 1.5~3m/s.
