100 KTPA Potassium Nitrate Drying System Successfully Shipped by Tianli Energy

Recently, the 100 KTPA potassium nitrate drying system undertaken by Tianli Energy for a phosphorus and potassium fertilizer enterprise in Yunnan Province has completed fabrication and been successfully delivered.

As a high-quality chlorine-free potassium source, potassium nitrate serves as a vital raw material for compound fertilizers, as well as a core component of special-purpose fertilizers for high-altitude cash crops such as tobacco, fruits and vegetables. It greatly streamlines process configuration under the same production capacity, cutting both equipment investment and energy costs. Upon commissioning, the plant will add a new potassium nitrate drying capacity of 100,000 tons per year, completing the owner’s phosphorus potassium compound fertilizer industrial chain and further expanding its footprint in the phosphorus-potassium fertilizer market across Southwest China.

This project was characterized by a tight construction schedule and strict delivery deadlines. To ensure on time, high quality shipment, Tianli Energy responded swiftly and made well coordinated production arrangements.
