Soy Protein
1.Material Overview
Soy protein is one of the plant-based proteins with a good balance of amino acids, rich in all eight essential amino acids, which is largely consistent with the amino acid composition recommended by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the World Health Organization. Its unique physiologically active substance—soy isoflavones—also has cholesterol lowering effects. Compared with animal protein, soy protein has a health-promoting effect on the kidneys; when soy protein replaces animal protein, it can reduce the amount of calcium excreted from the urinary system.

2.Process Introduction
The soybean protein is pumped to the spray gun by the plunger pump, which atomizes the liquid into a uniform mist of droplets. Inside the tower, the droplets come into contact with hot air, causing the moisture to evaporate and the liquid to dry into powder.
